  7. You may need to confirm contact information
  8. Click “Go to Dashboard”
  9. Now you are ready to “start the application”
  10. There will be a “Verify your Identity” disclaimer. Once you have read the disclaimer, click “Get Started”
  11. When creating your account, please make sure to enter all the information accurately, including your Social Security Number. There will be a verification step, and accurate information will make the process simpler
  12. Once you have confirmed all information, click “save & continue”
  13. Your screen will say “Help Applying for Coverage”
  14. Select the second option – I am being assisted by a certified professional (broker or assister)
  15. Just under that option, there is a link that says “licensed broker or assister”. Click the link
  16. On the “Get Free Help” page, select “Find a Certified Broker Near You”
  17. Under “Search by Name Enter “Debra Gaetano“, which will then show as HUB International. By entering this information, we can assist you with selecting a plan that best suits your needs and ensure you have completed the information accurately.

  26. On the “Get Ready” page, you will need information for everyone in your “tax household” which includes anyone you file taxes with or anyone who claims you on their taxes. Note, it is important that this information be accurate to avoid tax penalties at the end of the year. When calculating the Annual Income, it is for the year you are applying for coverage and must include the total income for everyone listed on your tax return. If someone else claims you on their taxes, their income and the income of all people they file on their tax return needs to be included
  27. Complete the “Personal Information”
  28. When you are asked “income information” it is referring to the estimated 2026 income for anyone included on the tax household.
  29. When you get to the “Final Review” page, verify that all information is correct.  If it did not previously require you to verify your identity, it may ask you to do so now
  30. You will now be able to complete the Sign and Submit page. Once completed, click “Submit Application”
  31. You will now see your 2026 Eligibility Summary. At the bottom click “Go to Dashboard”
  32. You can now “Shop for Plans”
  33. We recommend you only enroll in health insurance (we recommend enrolling in dental and vision directly through College of DuPage)
  34. Once you have created an account and selected your broker, feel free to contact our Support Team at 877-247-8877 or send us an email.
